Nordheimer T3 Blacksmith Missing Recipe

T3 Nordheimer Blacksmith placed in a regular blacksmith bench is missing the Exceptional Cimmerian Battle-Axe recipe. She has access to everything else around that, but not that. Seems like a bug.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Take T3 Nordheimer Blacksmith Thrall (Female?)
  2. Place Thrall in Blacksmith’s Crafting Bench
  3. Look for Exceptional items available
  4. Notice conspicuous absence of Exceptional Cimmerian Battle-Axe

Poking our team about this, but first make sure you’ve learned the required feats for this kind of weapon.

Yeah, I can make the regular variant of the weapon. As a work around to avoid ‘cheating’, I made the regular weapon, tossed it out and spawned in the exceptional version with the admin panel.
