T3 Blacksmith Bench (update 2.1) Issues: can't make iron or steel reinforcement (missing recipe) through normal crafting

The new T3 Blacksmith bench could not make iron or steel reinforcement through normal crafting i.e. iron = iron reinforcement or steel = steel reinforcement. The recipe seems to be missing. However, the old T2 blacksmith bench still able to make one. Suggestion is to keep the T2 blacksmith bench for the time being as a workaround to make iron and steel reinforcement until the issues is fixed. Or, for steel reinforcement to use T3 blacksmith thrall.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. download update 2.1
  2. craft one of the T3 blacksmith bench
  3. open the crafting window pane
  4. no iron or steel reinforcement on the list to craft
