Problem: PS4 Not pulling up server list

I downloaded the free Conan Exiles last month for the Plus members. Liked the game so today I purchased the Deluxe Edition of Conan Exiles through the PS4 Store. I did this since the free online play was up. It shows it was downloaded and game updated but even after my purchase it will not pull up any servers. PS4 says it is not them and my other games connect just fine. So need some help. Would like to continue to play the game but has to work or going to stop the charge to my credit card. Any help would be appreciated. I called Norway and the number was constantly busy. Thanks
