bought battle pass but not receiving my XP multipliers when I log on each day

It can be a bit confusing the way the interface is set up.
I cannot recall how many Multipliers the game gives you each day, but if you do not use them all in one day, they begin to build up. I do not know what the max cache of multipliers is.
If you used all the available multipliers on Day 1, on Day 2, the multipliers you received for that day will be applied to the 5 current challenges.
In this case the number of Multipliers listed in the upper right hand corner would be 0, but you did in fact receive 5 which were applied to the current 5 tiles.
So, it may appear you did not receive the multipliers, but you actually did.
This has been my experience with the BattlePass so far.
If your experience has been different, perhaps providing more details might help to address the issue.

That’s not the case with my issue, I’m not receiving any XP multipliers when I log on, I got them when the update came out, but stopped receiving XP multipliers after 3.1 update
