NPC bodies vanish

Bug Description:

I knock out and kill several npc thralls in an encampment. All of the bodies disappear/vanish. If I leave the area and return the bodies reappear, but new live thralls spawn in the areas of the knocked out/kill npc’s.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Step 1 Knock out/kill first thrall.
  2. Step 2 Knock out/kill second thrall.
  3. Step 3 Knock out/kill third thrall…and so on.
  4. Step 4 By now the bodies of the first and second thrall have vanished.
  5. Step 5 Sometimes the bodies of the last thrall vanishes.
  6. Leave area and return.
  7. Bodies of knocked out/killed thrall are now visible where they should be.
  8. New thralls have spawned to replace those knocked out or killed.
  9. Now you have to dispatch the new thralls before you can search or tie up the original one.
  10. The bodies of the second set of spawned thralls vanish.
