Npcs dont friendly fire each other so neither should we

Just turn friendly fire off for all. This is pretty backwards having us damage our own thralls but a group of nova swinging wild don’t damage each other

We stagger our own thrall, we knock down our own thrall, we status effect our own thrall, but npcs dont friendly fire each other when fighting us…WHY???

Funcom you’ve said you want us to engage more in fights and do more, and i get it, but how about playing fair as well if you want us to play fair…seriously…turn…off…friendly fire

No 0.2 no 0.1 just turn it completely off, it’s worthless and has no legit place in game if you think about it, especially when enemy npcs don’t suffer from this while fighting in groups

Because if they did it would be way too easy. Just get them to kill each other off. And if we didn’t it would also be way too easy. Just run in and spam the attack button MMO style.

The AI can’t do targeting and maneuvering that precise, but we can.

I would expect you to fight smarter than an AI. If you don’t, then you’re doing it wrong.

I’m sorry, but your friendly fire concerns strike me as a little weird as they only apply to a PvP or conflict server. In which case, does it really matter if the NPCs can invoke friendly fire on one another? I feel like friendly fire is a very important part of PvP, but that is just my opinion.

If you want a game free of friendly fire, try a PvE server where it is turned down so low, that it’s basically just ‘notifying’ you that you hit your thrall, it doesn’t actually do any noticeable damage. Anyway, as I said it is just my opinion, but I feel friendly fire is there for a reason and needs to stay as is.

Other weapons exist for a reason. If you are too busy hitting your Thrall, put away the 2 handed Axe/Sword/Mace and go for something specifically designed for group encounters with said Thrall(s).
