I play a single player game on a solo server. Yesterday everything was fine, today my Char on Siptah and the exiled lands had their nudity options disabled. My game is modded but only one mod got updated since the last time i played and they didn’t change anything regarding nudity or censorship. I noticed that the nudity options keep getting reset to none in the main and ingame menu.
The region is EU (Germany)
Nothing was changed for nudity on PC, no troubles.
But updates can reset the settings, so you have to make sure that an client and server-side, it’s set for full nudity.
You can even edit in the game.ini file, under …:\Steam install\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Game.ini

it’s set to 2 and i made sure to set the settings in the main menu and the ingame menu to full. THats everything i can change. But my character still isn’t nude. when i leave the game to go back to the main menu it got reset to “none”, back in the game the settings there also got reset to “none”. I can set them to full again but they get reset to none right away
Having the same issue, changed game.ini and settings.
edit: Ok, so I edited my ServerSettings.ini, and my Game.ini…i started the game without internet connection. Double checked settings in game, and when i hit the load new game, my ServerSetting was reset to 0.
I am in the same region/country (EU/Germany) and not having this issue neither in single-player nor on my server. Make sure the files are not set to read only.

How about this mod? Does the issue persist if you remove it?
Are you sure all your mods are updated to be compatible with the game? Does the issue resolve itself if you add only the mods which have received an update in let’s say last 3 months.
That may be still a thing, sure. Especially with a Steam install under C:\Program Files (x86). I learned to avoid this since i started modding games. Depends system, but may be a hint for some. 
removed that mod, no change. files are not set to read only.some mods are older but should still work or not affect the character model.
And the point is, as i said, this didn’t happen right after the great siptah update so everything did work then,it was just a day later that it broke. something on the 29th
I had issues with this earlier today. It took awhile and some research but I finally got it working. I had to go into the ini and set that to 2 like someone else already mentioned, but that wasn’t enough. I’d go into settings before loading the game and set it to nude but that would always reset. I would go into setting while in game and do it and it would reset. I went into server settings and made myself admin and tried it but again it reset. But there is another setting I kept missing. In server setting there’s yet another setting called “maximum nudity”. It took me awhile to find it. Switch that to full then switch it to full in the gameplay settings and of course it has to be set to full in the character creater if you’re creating an Isle of Siptah character like I was trying to do. That’s three different settings for the same dang thing, and that’s not counting having to change the setting in the ini. It’s no wonder it’s so glitchy.
There are actually only 2 settings, one on your client and one on the server. The server setting determines the maximum nudity (none-partial-full) and then you can set the client to anything between none and max allowed nudity.
Max allowed nudity is in Server Settings Tab (ServerSettings.ini) and can only be set in-game with admin enabled.
Client nudity is in Gameplay Settings Tab (Game.ini)
SinglePlayer games follow the same rules. Both settings need to be set to full if you want full nudity.

the server settings worked.
I only got another issue now, after verifying my game files somehow it messed with my mod order (even though copied the modlist file and replaced the new one with it). All hairstyles are off (red looks yellow, most of them are grey/silver) and using the mirror leads to fatal errors.
how was it, the lower mods in the list overwrite the higher ones? so cosmetic mods have to be low?
Generally, yes. The mods that appear lower in the list will take precedence but you have so many mods + mods that are no longer supported that I doubt your issues will be resolved by load order. One of the mods that is abandoned by its authors and probably causing issues for you is the following:
really? i knew that the original CharLite has beena abandoned and that the Recompiled hasn’t been updated in a while but i thought that was because it didn’t need any updates and was still working.

For example the glowing Power stones mod hasn’T been updated since 2019 but still works perfectly.
Are there any mods you KNOW are broken (not just not updated?)
I know that the authors of the mod I linked have abandoned all their projects and moved on without a notice so probably most of their mods if not all are outdated by now. For CharEditLite I am using Fashionist which incorporates CharEditLite and Testerle is actively supporting his mod:
LitMan’s mods are also no longer updated afaik. It is true that some mods may be work flawlessly even after a major update due to the way they are coded but since you mentioned that the mirror is crashing your client, then it made me look for a CharEditLite outdated mod in your list. If you have no issues with the game and everything works perfectly, then probably no need to worry about outdated mods but you wouldn’t be here if everything worked perfectly

CharEdit Light is outdated, and can crash game and server if some settings like size, race, or physics are chosen, especially for thralls.
So it’s at your own risk to use this mod.
Real simple work around for single player. start game and build the character you want. once in game, esc, got to settings. server settings, make admin, and set server settings to full, got to normal settingws and set to full, resume game. done
