Official server 1043 (PvE-C) crashes and follower bug

The server has had problems before with freezing up but only lasted for 5min last update and rarely happend.
Currently the freezing has been constantly happening several times when many players are online and can last over 1h making it unplayable. In addition to this all the thralls have been screwed up with their levels beeing floored and even if there is some xp left that levels up the thrall it only takes back max 1/3 of the levels. (meaning losing upp to 90% of the work) not to mention spening large amounts of time getting a thrall with perfect stats only to have them be scrambled agan.

1. No real clue how to reproduce this but the follower bug is probably related to the crashes

This bug is effecting all players including myself. Everyones thrall was turned to level 0 with 0 in all attributes earlier today. Guessing its not a feature now since no other server seems to be experiencing this.

This problem is making the game unplayble and so it needs to be sorted quickly is possible!

The levels were reseted again. This happens every day. This issue is making all thralls useless.
