I’ve been playing on an official Conan Exiles server for awhile. While actively in-game (building in my sorcery tower), I was suddenly disconnected from the server.
After the disconnect, I have been completely unable to reconnect to that same official server (1502). When attempting to join, the game either:
> Hangs at around 1% loading for a short time and then returns to the main menu with “Could not connect to server,” or
> The server does not appear in the server list at all, and direct connect attempts also fail.
> I have done direct connect more than 10 times. It does not work.
I am still able to:
> Connect to other official and private servers without any issues.
> Play other online games normally.
> Verify that my game files are intact (already verified twice).
> Confirm my internet connection is stable (fiber connection, no issues in other applications).
This issue seems to only affect this specific official server. Other players on the same server have confirmed they are still able to play normally, so it does not appear to be a full server outage.
Restarting my PC and verifying game files did not resolve the issue.
I am requesting assistance to determine whether my character or account is stuck on the server, or if there is a connection/session issue preventing me from rejoining.
NOTE:
This server has been consistently crashing non-stop over a week now. For over a month the server has been nearly unplayable. If I cannot get help with the issue I’m facing then I will not be able to enter the server ever again. I will lose access to my base and access to playing with friends I met on that server.
