Official servers constantly with ping just shy of 200 locking players out

Bug Description:

The official server is constantly at 209, 215, 270 ping, locking people out of loggin in to actually play. Take 1975 and 1976 they are both LATAM PVE Exiled Lands, normally they have 80-90 ping, but when more than 25 people join it spikes to the mentioned values and effectively locks players out.

Bug Reproduction:

Try to log into server from the LATAM region.

Have you tried direct connecting?

Same here…sometimes it goes over 200 ping.
I have to wait 5 minutes or so to hit refresh then the ping returns to normal…25 or a little more ping on the servers i play on.

Direct onnecting has been disabled on official servers.

That has been fixed. You can direct connect, I did about an hour ago without issue.

Will try but there is another post saying ping limit dosent allow direct connect too.

Seens like no dice yet, I can direct connect to it but only if the ping is bellow 200. When ping is highter it gives message: Connection timed out! Could find server.
