With the Dark Dregs now here, I request you bring in something that was teased in the admin panel from a very long time ago.

The lantern Shield would be an ideal treasure for this dungeon. Obviously too late for this initial release of the event but perhaps during the next time it pops up in rotation?

To my knowledge the

Lantern shield does not provide a light source. Although it’s description says otherwise.

There is however a 2 handed hammer

Im not sure but it might be called

Glimmer moon

That DOES indeed provide a light source once held in the hands.

But you are right. These types of weapons would be Great for this dungeon.

Forgelight. Glimmermoon is the 1H axe

After running the dungeon again, this was definitely the best way to go because it provided enough light to maneuver the dungeon. This issue to this is that it wasn’t a very good means of luring the slugs so torches are still needed to lure the slugs towards damage.

Thankfully there are many torches scattered thru the dungeon

It would be very nice to have an illuminating shield.

So yes, if they ever could get around to finishing the lantern shield and make it glow that would be excellent.

As matters stand, this event does finally give a use for the wisp.

The wind in the event dungeon frequently blows out torches and this one favours agility weapons. None of which glow.
