This thread is a month old now and the OP is showing its age. When RK2019 came out the OG server pop flatlined. Its not an opinion it was witnessed and documented. Now that the new server has been out a while things have sort of normalized a bit.

Make that two months old. Lock it and move on. If the issue reappears start a new one.
