My twitch drops stopped working. I have my account linked to the twitch and it doesn’t show me any recipes anymore. I tried to reconnect it but didn’t help. I lost the recipes for Watcher’s Outfit, White Rabbit and Blood Crystal Katana. My friends lost them too (at least 5 other players from different servers).

Log into your Twitch account and check the Twitch Inventory page, then relink your Twitch account on the game’s title screen
Happened to me at the exact same time and I’m unable to relink through Steam. Must be some kind of outage?
i got mine to work after logging into my twitch account and re-linking it from there, then i logged back into conan and i was able to use my blood chakrams again.
I don’t know if it could be your case but if you use several twitch accounts on one computer it can happen, I happened to cross my account and my daughter’s account and all of a sudden I found myself connected to conan on the wrong account.
I pulled Zendesk for two months then realised the mess was an account mismatch.
