I lost all my Twitch Drops - Funcom plz help!

Bug Description:

Hi Funcom. All my Twitch Drops have suddenly disappeared. Since I hadn’t played for a while, I don’t know exactly when, but I still have some of the items in my inventory, which are now grayed out and I can’t use them anymore. When I try to spawn these or any other items using an admin command, I get a message saying I don’t have permission.

Bug Reproduction:

I have no idea why all of this is gone. I never changed anything, but I haven’t been actively playing for a while and only logged in for the bazaar. My Twitch account is active, and the link to Steam is also intact. Some of the drops were my absolute favorite items, like the “Observer” furniture and the blood crystal weapons. I hope my drops haven’t disappeared completely and that you can reactivate them.

Try linking your Twitch account again.

Tried logging onto your Twitch account? Might be something on their end

As I said - yes I did but nothing changes. I also tried it with Steam but same here. I can not do anything, it must be a Funcom system fail here.

EDIT:

I tried AGAIN - now it worked! No idea what was wrong but I have all my drops again! Thank you for help!

It happened to me too, and I discovered that it was due to a TW account issue.

Basically, both my daughter and I were viewing our content from the same iPad, and don’t ask me how my daughter’s account remained stored as a Steam link.

I had to desynchronise both accounts and reconnect them to TW to make all the drops visible again.

Try checking that.
