Game mode: [Enter game mode here: Coop - Online (Singelplayer works fine)

The Game works fine in Singleplayer but once i start Coop-Online Mode it crashes on desktop.I’m not using any mods or anything like that. My computer meets the minimun requierements and i read everything there is here.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Launch the Game
2.Select Singelplayer / Coop
3.The Game loads
4. Just before character creation comes the crash
