Online features not available

Im getting the warning “online features are not available. Check your playstation network connection status.” Message. I have restated my router and playstations and still cant login. I have tried different ps5’s and different accounts and all are getting the same Message, i am able to play other games so it is not a playstation network issue.

Same here, I am surprised more people haven’t come to say the same. Friends of mine have the same issue.

This one is on PlayStation, not Funcom.

Edit: Looks like PlayStation may not be at fault either, it is PlayFab again.

Well that sucks because I wanted to play in a few hours.

Same on pc here. Wife and I decided to try out game and got a server. Go to sign in and can’t.

auuu administration, your life service has fallen off again, restart. I play through steam, the problem is the same.

server 3110. we lost everything today, no one could log into the servers, but when the servers were down they raided us, can you roll back the servers? If we could have logged into the game, this wouldn’t have happened!

Greetings Exiles,

Can you let us know if this is still happening?

everything is working well now, what will you do with players who have lost all their items due to this bug?

I am now getting this message as well and cannot play online as of past hour, was working fine past couple of days.

Greetings Exiles,

We appreciate your messages and we’re still trying to understand what can be the common ground between you all.

  1. Can you all share if your console is on a wired or wireless internet connection?
  2. Also, what model is your PlayStation console?
  3. Do you have a digital or physical copy of the game?
  4. Do you use family share or have more than 1 account playing Conan Exiles on the same console?

We hope to hear back from you!

I can play but each time I start playing I’ve lost buildings, thralls and gear. About 10% of my structures remain.
Event log says 0 owned has lost stability.

If you can set up a computer to act as an intermediary (i. e. a router between your computers/PlayStation/whatever and your gateway - Linux strongly recommended for this!), you can use ip(6)tables to log any traffic between your PlayStation and the 'Net (both outbound and inbound, especially any ICMP replies or returned TCP RST packets are of interest here) to find out some information like remote IP addresses and ports, then use tools like ping or traceroute (to check reachability, the latter can help pinpoint where the connection may be failing) and nmap (lets you determine the state of particular ports - use with caution! Especially make sure to check individual ports only as anything else is likely to be perceived as an intrusion attempt!).

If necessary you can also attempt to set up Wireshark to capture any network traffic between your PS and PSN and see what’s going on (again requires some IP addresses and/or port numbers to only capture the relevant packets - you should have determined them earlier with ip(6)tables).

The point is, this sounds very much like a regional network outage, usually with a particular ISP or even further upstream, possibly some intermediary nodes that have gone out to lunch, and that would be beyond any user’s control (could e. g. be a BGP or connectivity issue within or between major networks).

Furthermore, TCP is agnostic to any L2 (data link layer) proceedings so it won’t matter which method is used for the upstream network connection (I, for example, have no problems at all in regard to the game’s online features).

Really helpful information could be obtained from tools like ping and traceroute (simple reachability check, with the latter being capable of showing the path that packets are taking) and nmap (reachability check for TCP/UDP ports). These, however, require some IP addresses and port numbers.
If the connection is failing with a ping or traceroute, that would indicate a problem outside of the game (same if the hosting server can be pinged, but the port is declared closed when running nmap). If, however, the connection is okay and the in-game connectivity issues persist, that would require some investigation.
