Opening Animation Does Not Play Correctly

Every time I start the game the opening messes up and I’m left with the audio for the opening playing whilst the visuals are either a black screen or a frozen image and I have no way to skip the cut-scene (either because you’re not supposed to be able to or because the is messing up) is there any way to resolve this bug and if not could the developers please look into this.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Start the game from Steam.

Have you tried removing/unsubscribing from all mods and verifying the game files?
