Option to clamp HUD display to 16:9 aspect ratio

Hi i have a ultra wide screen I would like option to clamp HUD display to 16:9 aspect ratio so that the hud does not go to te left or right corner this is not playable now i have to make te game smaller resolution

The ability to move the HUD, changing the size or transparency of its elements would be awesome! :+1:
