Over the past few days all of my stations, chests, thralls, npcs have disappeared

Bug Description:

I logged in today and all of my stations, npcs, horses, dancers are missing. My decay timer was not due to be up, and all my building assets are still present. I truly believe this is in error, because even my mounts have disappeared, and when a building decays naturally, the npcs persist after the building has decayed. I have NO npcs left. Not station crafters, no dancers, no archers, no fighters, no horses… nothing. All of that should still be here if it was a natural decay because they always stick around long after a building expires. Instead, I still have my building, but no storage chests, materials, stations, or npcs. Please look into this, I was finally to a point where I was enjoying the game with decent gear and some resources. I cannot imagine starting over. This is heart breaking.

Bug Reproduction:

I don’t know how to replicate this bug.

The “Mods” portion should read “None”
I thought I typed none. I only play on official servers so I run zero mods.

So sorry to hear of such a tremendous loss. Things in game have been so sketchy since the new age.

You have to put in 0 it wont take none.

Wasn’t that long ago someone oopsed the thrall decay setting. Quit a few people logged in at 10 days to find thralls were set to 7; I think.

They accidentally changed it to 1 day after the extended summer decay timers ended.
Oh man, I was one of the lucky ones who logged in after this change happened. I don’t remember the change back to 10 days being announced.
Before that, I was offline for 6 days. And after that, I was online every day after I read about it. :sweat_smile:

Then they decided to do a rollback after 5 days.
Bad luck for me… I lost all my thralls.

Something is always happening, and it never ends well for everyone. So even if we know what happened, I’m sorry to say that everything is lost.

I exactly know how you feel… I am really sorry for you!

After something like that, you need to take a little break from the game and let some time pass. That’s the only thing that helps. Eventually, the wounds heal and you’re a little less annoyed and maybe even get a little bit of fun out of the game again.
