Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

played with mods and without, neither of them makes a difference
played online and offline, no difference
Play for 15 - 30 minutes and the error will pop up, verified game files reveals no files corrupt
multiple computers multiple installs, does not matter
The only thing that can be observed from others watching my stream female boobs are all glitched and gigantic, any arrows that hit them in that location look like a telephone pole sticking out of them. other players next to me see normal boobs and arrows,
I have deleted all paks and reinstalled, removed game and reinstalled, format computer and reinstalled, swapped ram, swapped hard drive, all with same problem

Still no answer or even an aknowledgement? Looking on both steam and on here it looks like lots of other people have this problem. It is preventing many people from playing and we would at least like a we are looking at it message

Is there at least a way to see what pak is throwing the error? With that I can at least start trying to figure out the problem. The lack of help from funcom in this matter is deafening

Hey @vyanie

This particular issue seems to be isolated and might possibly be related to mods, considering what you mentioned in step 5. As a general workaround we recommend unsubscribing from all mods and deleting the Steam workshop folder to get rid of any possible corrupted files, checking the integrity of the game files and then, resubscribing to all mods.
On vanilla installations, this issue appears inconsistently and only requires a re-verification of files to get rid of it. That issue in particular is known by the team but we’re still looking for a reliable repro case, since it seems to strike at random. But it doesn’t affect gameplay the way you described in your particular situation.

I have done a full wipe of my PC and uninstalled mods prior to formatting, the only game installed was conan with zero mods and I was still having the same exact problem

Still having pak error problems, would be nice if i could get some technical help, its happening after like 10 minutes of playing the game. If i just try and relaunch it immediately gives me a pak error soon as i try and access a server. I hit verify files, everything checks good log back in about 10 minutes later another pak error. and have to reverify. This is beyond ridiculous. I have now swapped out my ram as another forum thought that might be the problem, ive swapped out the hard drive. No one else on server is having this problem.

Is there a way to find out from crash log exactly what pak is causing the issue? If we could identify it then maybe we could narrow the problem down more
