Yup that’s right.
i saw some streamers yesterday they all have the same issue as i have. Blurry textures as soon as the inventory was open and fps drops. Let’s see what future patches will bring 
Paper Doll has vanished since Friday July 6 patch . . . you can keep it, give me a Thursday restore!
Since the latest hotfix i got no more fps drops and my character is loading properly in inventory! I am so happy right now!
