Hi, i have problems recovering my password account, i have my account name right , my email is right too. but when i put my account name in password recovery webpage i did never get the email to change the password.

I believe Live Chat has been closed down, but email should work
Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes these things get sorted incorrectly.
