Though I have recently found an “patch notice schedule on the forums” (after the fact) it would be nice if we could have an in-game warning before official servers go off-line.
They are working on it.
We are also working with Gportal for IG server messages to get you a heads-up for servers going down for patches and maintenance. This should hopefully be available sometime next week for official servers and then shortly after also be implemented for private servers.
I think we had it go live for PC today actually. It was our first time trying it out.
