I just popped a yellow lotus potion to test this, and with no points in any attribute, in the middle of nowhere (no dancers), and no buffs, my character is regenerating health. I have set armor on but I don think that matters. Any Idea why this is occurring? I’m not complaining, its just an oddity.

Probably because of the dancer bug.
