PC EU official PVE-C server 1213 - PVP not working

PC EU official servers 1213:You changed the server time to Moscow, and PVP still does not work for us in 5-11 pm. PvP does not work on all eu-ru PVE-C servers. Pls check and fix,need just attention of your admins.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.After set time to moscow pvp not woked propertly, its not activated in 5-11 pm, maybe pvp still active in US time. Just admin your server and give us the right settings of pvp for ru region.

@Redrick ty, but all is useless, they have not paid attention to the problem of three official servers for two weeks already, sad
