Jens, what about the new event log only reporting server start and nothing else. Is this being addressed and when? This is on official 1504.
Dear Jens_Erik, Can I get an answer about my question? The patchlog does not have this information, but it has been changed.
Thanks.
it was never intended to have a 100% chance to get T4 thralls inside the volcano. They just changed the chance to that of other npcs.
Are you using any of my tier 4 thrall mods? If so, this might cause some issues with some of the thrall spawns. I’ll have it fixed some time today or tomorrow, depending oh the extent of the data table changes that were made.
What mods are you talking about? I play on the official server. On a few.
They were always 100%. The slave trainer and the tanner were not replaced by anything. They are simply not where they were before. The tanner did not go to leave somewhere from the well. The cook and the alchemist did not go either. But instead of them, only one cook p1 will spawn. I tried 10 revivals. The result is the same.
In the single player game is the same.
On the volcano now there are no artisan slaves t4.
P.S. Even Sekash the Blacksmith is gone
But that was probably a bug. There has been changes to the thrall spawn tables this patch (Njoror Battleborn being back for example).
No spawn-point should have guaranteed T4 thralls IMO. The Black Hand Captain etc are not really high-level even if they’re nominally T4, so that’s different.
I do not agree with this view. Many will support me, I think. A volcano and so little attractive place. The guaranteed receipt of certain slaves of the same type did not bring imbalance. I note that not all types of slaves appeared there. Even a cook with an alchemist would be adequate.
Online has already fallen very heavily, and with such things the people turn away. Especially those who do not have much time. With such updates, even adding animals will not save.
The volcano was an exceptional place, but now it is absolutely not needed, except for gold.
And then, on the volcano, a tanner and a trainer of slaves disappeared. Totally. They do not have versions t1-2-3.
Therefore, I think this is a mistake, and not something intentional.
P.S. In addition, it will greatly increase the gap between old players and new ones, which does not result in an increase online of 100%. Taking slaves also looks stupid. Therefore, this is not the right decision, in my opinion.
There is no need to act as in life and to increase the gap between the poor and the rich, as well as to take from the rich for the sake of balance.
P.P.S. I really respect the work of developers. They are really great. But such small things spoil the impression.
The best option would be to vote before making decisions. Yes, they have every right to do so, but from a financial point of view it is more profitable to be interested in the majority opinion.
And thank you very much for the bark, after processing the wood ![]()
How do you use two weapons? I can not equip
and the new dungeon where it is located?
Is Purified Flesh now meant to have an expiration timer (currently has a 24hr timer)? Before this update it never expired.
Fair enough. Maybe they will, I don’t know. I stand by my opinion that no spawnpoint should be guaranteed T4 though.
Eh, I can’t imagine this would turn people away, though anything’s possible.
Sounds like it’s still needed then though?
Yeah that part might be a bug. And you might be right it’s all unintentional - it’s hard to say.
I… am not quite sure where you’re going with this rich people/poor people thing?
Yeah “old” people who already have a full complement of T4 everything will not be impacted by this change, but if they’ve played long enough they would’ve had a full complement either way. It’s true that it’ll be harder for newer players to reach the same level, but that’s true of any change that makes the game harder (such as the decreased exploration XP). Conversely anything that makes the game easier is less likely to benefit those already settled in. I don’t mean to dismiss your point, but I don’t think it matters for something like this.
Heh, well, Funcom has always shown that - for better or worse - they will ignore the majority opinion if it clashes (too much) with their vision of the game. Though fair’s fair: They’ve listened, and averted the disaster that the Thrall feeding system could have been (and was, in its first implementation).
But I do think everyone would like an answer to whether these spawn changes are intentional or not, because it’s either a bug (if not) or something that should be in the patch notes (if yes).
In this place, exchange 5 small pieces of meat for a potion. Drink it, get into the dungeon. Output only in sepameru.
When I come home from work I’ll be digging into the spawn tables for my tier 4 thrall mods. DM me a reminder and I’ll let you know what I find.

Sometimes it is justified, but very rarely. They create a product not for themselves, but for consumers, even an apple seems to understand this. I do not want to offend the developers, as I said, I really like what they created and how they work. But I expressed my wish.
If they more often listened to the players, they would not have to endure a base in the sky (on carpets) for about a year. Maybe it would not take two months to lose the base, due to the destruction of buildings at a time when it is prohibited by the settings of the server (official). Or it would not be necessary to lose the equipment for about a year due to unfair pvp. When illegally inflicted x3-x10 damage with one hit. Although this has not yet decided anything.
Regarding the slaves on the volcano, I hope to wait for a response from the officials. Hope this is just a mistake. Thank you for your attention, if my message is seen, as is the problem with the slaves.
Old fish traps, no bait in them, emptied today, checked after 10 min and allready starting to fill with different fish types.
Private server, no mods.
Seems fish traps work as intended on our server.
Edit:
Dumped a thrall in the wild, he returned home like intended, and it also showed in the event log at what time, and what thrall it was that returned to his placed spot.
Wery nice improvements this id say.
Volcano :
- Taskmater and tanner dont show up anymore around the Well of Skelos.
- No alchemist anymore near the cook, and the 2 other alchemist spot farther dont show named one.
- Flawless and Exceptional Lemurian warrior armor and Reptilian armor (regular and epic version) still have +5 attribute bonus
- Flawless Relic Hunter armor still have +7 attribute bonus (regular and epic version)
- Relic Hunter armor still have wrong bonus : enc + survival instead of enc + agility (regular and epic version)
Also checked the old trap. The fish is caught after collecting the old one.
About the event log. Now there will be no messages about destroyed blocks?
Volcano:
this glitch fixed?

have you thought about changing one of the str perks to this. maybe level 1 (the trudgeon one is kinda ehhh…not really needed with a steel trudgeon…or just make that a default perk) maybe under water attacks do 50% more damage?
And to counter, have the level 2 and 3 surv perks merge into level 3. opening level 2 for take less damge under water.
I’ve been following this topic and I must admit that I only play PvE or PvE-C, but in 18 months of playing, I haven’t ever found a need to attack or been attacked whilst in water. Is it really that much of a deal for the PvP players to need the option to fight whilst swimming? Surely you’d just be better off all round to get out of the water during combat or am I missing something?
