Pending Connection Failure on Official 2960, XBOX1

I’m getting the Pending Connection Failure bug when trying to log into offical xbox server 2960 - the load bar doesn’t move and then after 20-30 seconds drops back into main menu with the error. I can connect to the servers without issue. I’ve cleared the cache, removed save data, loaded offline etc. Nothing seems to work and has been going on for several hours now.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Join server
  2. Wait 30 seconds
  3. Returns to main menu with error

According to the stats the server seems to have had a few issues during the last few hours so we’ve reached out to G-Portal to look into the matter.

On another note, are you able to log into other servers and is your console on a wired connection?
