Pending payment will fail because credit card company took 10 minutes to send me a verification code, and page timed out -please delete the pending soon to fail payment from my payment page -will use a different card

So, that payment for another month of subscription is still sitting at “Pending” since yesterday - and now you guys have put that account with 50plus toons on it to free-to-play - even though the account still had 12 days of the previous membership time left, how does that work?
