Performance issue related to shader cache

Bug Description:

When i got the game i was having suboptimal performance (40-50 fps) on many areas, so i increased the shader cache size to 10 GB on NVIDIA control panel and it totally fixed the performance, with stable 60 fps, which i tested on specific areas (including torments). But when i get to a boss or a chaotic/crowded area, the performance drops again to where it was before, and when i go back those same areas that i tested, the fps is no longer 60 but 40-50. It fixes only if i restart the game, so it seems to be bug related to the shader cache, and not related to my hardware.
