Ever so often when I die I’ll respawn and have constant health regeneration. Some times it’s minor, like 1 hp/s, but sometimes it’s up near 10 hp/s and I’m almost unkillable if I’m defensive about how I play. When the server resets daily I lose the regeneration, or if I’m stupid and I somehow die. I don’t have the level 30 Vitality perk either.

I have this same problem. I have literally out healed a ten stack of noxious fume damage while gathering brimstone
Never had it that strong before… Imagine being in pvp…
You must have some dancer thralls or your around some that are giving you the entertained buff. Its a health regen bufff that stays on you til you log off or die. Its a bug right now. Hope it doesn’t get patched anytime soon. Also in the spring area with brimstone you should just wear a sandstone mask and you wont have to worry about the noxious fume.
That’s my point. I don’t need a mask because taking almost any amount of damage triggers this ridiculous regen. Even when I’m away from my base and have no dancers around me
I don’t have the buff on my “stats” page. I do have dancers, but like @Twitchy said I can be far away from my dancers and still be regenerating my hp. It’s also great for being in the north and completely negating frostbite and other weather effects.
i play on pvp and it’s a nightmare the healthregen is so bugged
If you have the passiv perk aktiv sometimes i got 0 health and sometime i Instand regenerat my health and thats by others to in pvp the “fair” players give up but other players use it to kill everyone -.-
So the “vitality” third perk is bugged? That on top of this bug would be scary…
I know some would view this bug as a blessing and exploit the crap out if it but it makes the game a little boring when you know you cannot die
