I play on Steam. I have always been in full support of our fellow exiles on PlayStation and Xbox as all versions of the game are equally valid. So I am in full support of Funcom bringing Conan Exiles Enhanced over to our exiled Exiles. However, I also understand that there may very well be limitation involved that we do not know about behind the scenes that are involved which have, at this time, led to this decision. We can only hope that they are currently looking into, and actively working on solving, these issues so that this new edition can be enjoyed by all, and not just some.

To note, developing in an ue5 is probably beyond the capacity for a PS4. There are already games that have a bifurcated system. In that the PS4 version is content complete and functions but is no longer receiving updates. Whereas the PS5 version continues to be the living version. While this one would be very sad for those who are on PS4 only. There is also the fact that Sony themselves is ending support for PS4 this year. So it is understandable if the PS4 version goes into likewise, no longer supported.
You know it’d be a really great opportunity to get that PS5 enhanced version we had been salivating for.

For now, getting a Series X soon. However I can play on heavily modded Ark Ascended RP servers with no major issues so CEE should be fine.

The reason that is funny is because in the blog they noted there are not going to be any more content updates for anything other than Steam.

Actually, I’m thinking it would be wiser to wait for the next generation consoles and release this version on that platforms at this stage. The best decision for game futur.
