Pickaxes are awesome… until you realise they’re only relavent for such a short time…
Please consider adding pickaxes made from higher tier materials.

Pickaxes are only good for trees <.<…
Pickaxes are good for everything. If you’re gathering both wood and stone you only need to carry one tool. But, as Barbiedoll said, they become less useful when a player gets access to higher-level materials.
