Ok, it has been over a week now where I cannot log into my servers.
PVE-c lobbies on Steam and PC game pass are all mostly over 200 ping. I am in NA, have excellent internet, and havent had an issue ever.
I’m trying to get on server 6445 (ping at 298) and 1822 (ping at 294)
Thank god we on 20 day decay timers.
But please address this asap.

I came back from holidays to this. I’m probably 50 hours away from losing everything. Really sad right now
Direct connecting hasn’t worked for me.

Is it the actual IP from the game files you’re using or 1 off of Battlemetrics?
The reason I am asking is that they changed the IPs of many quite awhile back and also stopped updating Battlemetrics.
But they also put in the damn ping restrictions for direct connects too.
Alternatively you could connect with a VPN or maybe GeForce Now?
If I try to use the old IP with direct connect, it fails to find it. If I use the current one it does not let me join due to high ping. This is not something we can resolve on our end.
So, this is a Funcom Live Services issues masquerading as a connection issue.
My only solution is to connection to any server, disconnect, then try your original server. lather, rinse, repeat, until you get a stable connection with Funcom Live Services.
The last patch reintroduced this issue, for me.

When I did that the ping went up about 35 (259 to 294). Consistently.
I would join a server with ping 60, then it would be favourites at 134.
About 20 attempts.
No luck logging in for me either. for more than a week.
Very frustrating.
We shouldn’t have to go to such lengths of workarounds simply to play.
The more info the better though, one of the reasons I asked the questions I did.

I was able to log on today. 30 more hours and I would have lost everything. Feeling very relieved right now and grateful for whatever they changed.
Sigh. Another day goes by and still cant log in.
Tried all the above methods. No luck.

I know Funcom is on Holiday’s, but someone must be watching the servers.
If you’re afraid of your stuff decaying consider using GeForce Now, it’s free and while it will only give you an hour it’s still an option.
that trick does not work, they now check your pin even in direct connect.
i am having issues with my servers too. 
only 1 server is no ping, the other is a normal us server,
funny that i have a toon in another server and the ping is right. some peoiple can join the server as i see them but since monday , i am always above 300 ping used to play there since launch (siptah)
is this an issue with my isp? or its a conan issue?

just to let people know, i managed to get in game with a vpn, (paid VPN) and used a server in Texas, ping is now 65
