Player can’t log in on my server

Hi,
A player on my server can’t log in. Everything was fine but now everytime he try’s to log in it says error and takes him back to the main menu. He made an alt account and can log in fine with that. He can also log into other servers with his main account so I’m thinking his character is bugged. But he’s in god mode :woman_facepalming:
Anyway to solve this?

When you logout of your server and come on you don’t have god mode unless perhaps you don’t have a password for it. On our server we have a password for Admin. @Rachlou1985
