Game stays stuck on the loading screen. Seem to happen mid morning and stay stuck till server reset. Please fix this.

Welcome to the Forum. You can send a Zendesk report information on how is in the introduction pages. @Community can you help with this. @Sway they probably wonât be in until tomorrow.

Reporting an infraction To report players, clans, or specific exploits on any of our official servers, please contact us through Zendesk 3.9k
Please make sure you provide the best information you can at the time of your report. This means relaying as much information as you can to help our team investigate. This includes, but is not limited to, screenshots, videos, timestamps, names of characters and clans, and a good description of the issue.
We wonât be able to refund or return any loss of property caused by an infraction.
