Hello is there a time frame on fixing PlayStation servers? After update all PlayStation servers private/ official are showing ping 999 and running as if the ping is that high. I’m assuming it’s on gportals side but I do not know. I’ve barely seen any talk about it. The community is so small so I guess it’s not to surprising.

It is done on purpose or it is due to incompetence. Funcom may want to hide the declining player count and server populations to avoid people showing the impact of the experience-killing/game-breaking updates they have been releasing. When people don’t want people to see or know about something that is in the open, they try to hide or obscure the reality of it while avoiding communication about it.
You may be right @darkpower They certainly aren’t gaining players by any means. No reply yet is kind of sad as well
