On the Isle of Siptah bulk plating is quite difficult to get. Thick armor plating +3 is basically useless. Whereas the t3 weapon kits are still decent.
I’d like to see it increased to something like +10. Could have a small weight increase if needed.
The difference between bulk plating +25 and the +3 is just silly imo
Consistancy between buffs is key imo.
You aren’t mentioning Master Armor Plating between those with +15.
I agree with the premise though, the old platings are very useless. I think the +1, +2, and +3 should all be buffed though, not just the last one. The Thin Armor Plating’s +1 is useless even at level 26 when you can learn it.
I think tripling them all to +3, +6, and +9 might be the best play.
