So Please give the Thralls That we Break better AI capabilities and for gods sake fix the Thrall Pot to where they get fed/Healed like it used to be when the game first came out lol… Theres no way to defend if you get raided while offline… It seems the opposing forces just hammer through the thralls like Butter lol

When the game first came out it didn’t have thrall pots. They have never actually worked right since they were intored. Thralls used to hoard spoiled food till their inventory filled and they could no longer take food to eat.
Same with the animal feeder. Seems the only thing gettign food from it is the horse and he takes it all.
Just things on the list for the Age of the Quality of life.

At least in the past they did seem to eat it during purges, etc. and now it just rots and the UI for showing who it should be feeding is gone. I wonder if this was causing some kind of performance issue and they just ninja-removed it.
Weirdly enough though, I was watching a stream a week or so ago where they had a thrall pot and it was feeding their thralls from literally the other side of the map. Steaks would just “pop” into their thrall’s inventory. They were running a modded server though, so that may have been part of it.
Some of my thralls/pets take food from the pot even when it’s not part of their diet. Others don’t take anything from the pot, ever. During combat my thralls/pets go through a ton of food and I just assume they are healing from it. I know meat eaters go through food so fast in combat it’s hard to keep them in food. I had a saber tooth tiger go through 2 stacks in about 3 minutes and some of it was idle time. Now I have to give the cat 5 stacks of food before a purge to keep it fed for the purge duration.
I guess lately my thralls (not the pets) haven’t been taking anything from the pot. I give them a stack of their favorite before a purge because they are always out of food. They never have any spoiled meat the next time I look in their inventory but it’s all gone.
My horse takes every kind of food in the animal feeder. I guess it takes more to feed horses since they now have more health than even my tank thralls.

Don’t mess with horses these days. Mine was attacked by a mammoth and just stood there, not even trying to get away. We finally pulled the mammoth off the horse and that’s when I noticed the horse was still at 99% full health. Back to full health in a second after a full minute of being stomped and tusked by a mammoth. Give horses a taunt and we wouldn’t need tank thralls at all. I wonder, if I don’t dismount and go after Kurak … ?
