Hello, first of all I apologize for my bad english but I need help every time I try to enter the game it gives this warning and the game closes. I’m playing the game from gamepass, what is the solution? I deleted the game and reinstalled it but the problem persists.

What windows do you run and did you update your windows in the last few days. One of the latest updates causes crashes with Xbox game pass.
I’m using windows 11 and uninstalling the KB5008215 update really solved the problem, thank you very much!
I can’t seem to find KB5008215
I’ve searched through everything I believe under the conan folder. I’ve also uninstalled and re-installed the game twice.
You won’t find the file in any of the Conan folders - KB5008215 is a Windows update (specifically windows 11 - if you’re on windows 10, then it would be KB5008212). You will need to search for your most recent windows updates. I hope that helps.
Im on windows 11. I found it actually. I just don’t know how to uninstall it. I see it under update history in windows update but it doesn’t give me an option for uninstalling. It just says learn more
Ah - I’m sorry, I can’t help you there (I don’t use windows 11) - hopefully someone more familiar with the os can advise on how to remove the file.
Update: I found how to uninstall it however, The uninstall button doesn’t pop up. It only shows up for the other updates just not the KB5008215.
I guess Im not allowed to play
