I’m not sure what you’re referring to. Is it my explanation about Zendesk? If it’s that, you misunderstood the reply. I explained that Zendesk isn’t responsible for server administration, because they’re just a company that offer a support ticket management software-as-a-service.

As I said there, Funcom is responsible for that, which means that what you were complaining about is Funcom’s fault. That’s hardly cheering them on with pom-poms.

And if you take it as an attack when someone explains something you misunderstood, then that’s your problem.

I’m not “attacking” you for supporting Funcom. I’m saying you don’t need to be dismissive to people who are affected by a bug that didn’t affect you.

I tend to be fairly active on the forums and reply to lots of people. If you think you’re special because I replied to you more than once in the few days since you started posting, that’s your own misconception.
