Today we rejoice as the team continues to grow! @HighSaint and @RitualGround joined us this week and are still warming up before getting into action.
What can we tell about @HighSaint? He’s an otaku, who loves sushi, and refrained from giving an opinion about pineapple on pizza…sus. What’s not sus is that he’s another addition to the internal Star Wars Fanclub in Funcom!
Along with all that, he brings several years of experience in the area of support and as all of us, loves to play video games!
Now, @RitualGround is a nerdy metalhead just how we like them! When he’s not playing games he plays the bass and advocates that Sam is the one true protagonist of Lord of the Rings (he’s not wrong). When asked about pineapple on pizza he changed the subject and didn’t want to compromise either…

I’m HighSaint and I’ll be your new Customer Support wurm, eager to help you and attend to your barbaric needs. I’m a huge fan of Survival games - No Man’s Sky, Minecraft, etc - and Conan Exiles is amongst the best gaming experiences within these types of games that we have today.
I’m here as a complete humble soul wanting to make your game experience even better, learn more and do more on top of all the amazing things this team already does and provides to you all. Not only do you truly deserve it, but you’re also the great community that you are, without which I can guarantee I wouldn’t be here today. I would like to express a very big thank you to all of you. Truly!
Allow me to emphasize that I am also a player - as I’ve been for the last 20 years - and what many of you are/have experience/ed so have I. I didn’t move up a level, I remain at your level, with the passion, the sleepless nights of gaming, the drive and now with the ability to do more for you and for the game.

My name is RitualGround and I’ll be your new Customer Support thrall. As Mayra mentioned, I am a fan of all things nerdy and metal, so it only makes sense to be part of this team right? What’s more metal than buffed people in leather armor and nerdier than sword and shield?
I’ve been tinkering with computers and gaming in general since the Windows 98 era and while I do miss a fast-paced FPS, I’ve come to become fascinated by Conan Exiles and how much it actually has to do.
Like @HighSaint, I am also experienced in the support life and am here to help you out on whatever you may need, so, let me know! I’ll be glad to lend a hand!
