Logged in today 5/17 and found one of my thralls nameless and looks like he is wearing gear but his inventory is empty. I cannot move him to guard elsewhere and he won’t follow.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.log in
2.see thrall
3.yep still nameless
4.yep still nothing
Was your guard one of the unintended to capture ones? Vathis or any of the 40k HP ones. If so, it is not a bug but intended.
No it was not the unintended ones from the update automatically die when u place them.
what thrall was then? cos this pretty much sounds as what players report happening to their “unintended to capture” thralls prior to the wipe
No the unintended thralls were bosses. I had one it died immediately. I’ve had this particularthrall since the update but it only happened today.

Well, not sure what else to tell you besides that I am 99% sure that this thrall was one of the “fixed” ones. You know better than anyone which thrall it was, where and when it was captured. The ones not specifically listed in the list but also affected by the wipe are the Cultists of Dagon (basically any “thrall” you could get out of the dungeon).

At any case, your points are invalid because I had the same thing happen the day before or of the patch, where one of my female Captains with full Epic Pictish had her armor disappear off of her though she’s still wearing it, and her weapon is also missing.
I am not Ignasis, no. Just trying to help players figure out what happened to them or assist whenever I could. I would not wish to be a moderator, prefer the luxury of being able to speak freely 
Stating that my points are invalid is rather funny considering that Notorioussenpai confirmed what I have suspected. If you have an issue with your Captain, you could open a thread and provide screenshots and full explanation so that Funcom could investigate and assist with your issue
Just realised that you were talking about The Captain Below. I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if you take advantage of obvious bugs, you may as well be prepared your “gains” to be wiped:
