Purchased Premium and it will not auto renew. Account won’t switch to member or whatever the new site says.
My account is also no long premium because I used auto renew and my CC information changed. I sent in a ticket two months ago and still haven’t back. I hope to soon,
I sent them a ticket in december, they replied a few days ago :). If you want to solve your issue asap try contacting AndyB on forums, otherwise you will have to wait a loooong, loooooong time
