Bug Description:

All weapon and armor recipes are no longer available in the latest workbenches, whereas they are available in the lower workbenches. For example, it is impossible to make a Hyrkanian bow in the Precision Carpenter workbench, even though it is available in the Improved Carpenter workbench.
