Hi there,

We are aware of several issues that are preventing players from playing the game. That being said, can you please try this workaround until a proper fix is implemented:

  1. Load into a single player game.

  2. Play single player for about 10 minutes.

  3. Return to the main menu.

  4. Attempt to play in a multiplayer server.

If this doesn’t help, please send in an email at https://www.funcom.com/help/ so that we can assist you directly.

I have this same problem. I only play on singleplayer and it happens with or without mods.
