PS4 Asian Official Server #4000 (50 people server) Brimestone spot issue

Hello,

In our server, some people built foundations and buildings near brimestone spot (Sepermeru)
and the total quantity people can obtain is reduced to 2/3.

Can you please remove the buildings in the shattered fountain in Sepermeru so people can farm easier?

Please let me know and thank you.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Go to brimestone spot in server #4000
  2. You will see a lot of stupid buildings inside spot

Why don’t you just get rid of them in game? Explosives should do the trick.

Hi @Hidekii, we’re sorry you’re experiencing a frustrating situation in an official server.

Our stance regarding harassment and griefing states that we only intervene in extreme cases, such as players preventing others from entering the game area by walling off the spawning area after character creation, in which case you should reach out to us privately.

Being a PVP server, we’d recommend gathering other allies and rallying against the offending clan.
