I’ve been in this conan community for about two months now. The members are very active, many events throughout the month, admin is very helpful. The rules are clean and fare. Declarations of war must be made before raiding, which is nice so you don’t get blind sided. Members on discord are always willing to share and exchange helpful information. By far the best server I have played on. Definitely never leaving.

I’ve been a lurker on these forums for a few months, but I wanted to take the time to give some information on this server so people who find this thread, whether they are browsing the forums or looking for the discord link via Google, can make an informed decision as to whether this server is a good fit for them.
A few points:

It’s a tight nit community. Everyone is VERY friendly in that they all help each other, and it’s a giant server family. If you need salt, you can go to your neighbor and ask them to borrow salt. There is an in game economy that uses gold, bronze coins, admins and players alike hold events, and players create massive builds.

There’s no apparent limit to the number of thralls someone can place outside their base; although why someone would want to do that is beyond me since everyone is friendly. Despite that, people still seem to put hundreds of thralls inside and outside their base.

There’s alot of lag and server crashes. It may be related to the above but it seems to crash more than any other server I’ve played.

If you are ok with the above play style, this server is perfect for you! They have a lot of server events that involve PvP and PvE.

If you are going to play a thief or a mercenary persona, this is not the server for you. I played to different persona’s on this server - a mercenary for hire and a thief.
The Mercenary Persona
As a mercenary, I was hired three or four times to attack people and it was a blast. I enjoyed the anonymity I gave to clients and had the entire server trying to guess who hired me to attack them. I had a little house so I didn’t care about retaliation. To make a long story short here, I got called out for griefing and being toxic by the admins because I was destroying or threatening to destroy massive builds belonging to other clans while I just had a small little shack, carried what I needed, and hid the rest of my stuff under rocks around the small builds I had. This ended in a temp ban for me and I left the server for awhile.
The Thief Persona
So let me be clear here, the thing that drew me back were the events. They had this tower event I was a part of and it was freaking amazing. I can’t say enough about how good these server events are; however, I need to get my PvP on, so I choose a thief persona. My plan was to break into bases, fight different people each week, and then move on. I went to war, fought with a clan, another clan jumped in and broke server rules (must declare war before raiding, but no official declaration was made), but I was ok with it cause I was having fun fighting 5v1 and occasionally winning in the fights we had.
After that weekend, I managed to break into about 6 or 7 bases, and helped most of them fix their mistakes except for that one clan that attacked me without proper declaration as I had other plans for them. Unfortunately, that person went to the admins and complained that I was breaking into their poorly built bases and the admins, again, decided to take matters into their own hands without knowing the full story and feed me with a punishment.
TLDR:
The events are great; however, the admins play favorites towards play styles and tend to favor those in the wrong or ones that have broken rules if their play style matches what they want. If you want to PvP, blow stuff up, be a thief, or a mercenary, DO NOT PLAY THIS SERVER. You will eventually become frustrated and just leave.

I absolutely love this server the server never seems cluttered and the admins do a great job of destroying builds that don’t comply are have been abandoned.

Been on this server for a month id been playing this game for I’d say a year and a half. This is one of the best servers iv played. Very active even at 3 in the morning most of the time there is 15 plus people on still. They keep a tight leash on griefers even iv been warned before lol but that’s good iv played servers where I feel they push the advertisement via fb all the time and when you go in and don’t feel welcomed or everyone is griefing so bad they wait on buildings for you to come out. All in all it’s a great fun server.

I’ve been on this Server A few weeks. I love the events and builds. The admins are always super helpful. It’s a RP server so you decide how you are going to play with in the rules and guide lines. They have a monthly flag system to keep track of active builds. Which I absolutely love. We have all sorts of people here. I can’t stress how this is my favorite server out of the many I have played!
Been in the server for a while use to be in it months ago and had left for a few months when I came back it was still as enjoyable as I remember tho it changed alot in the time I was gone still very enjoyable that theres more on hands on admins than just steamboat

I’ve been playing conan from day one released on PS4. An I’d say this server is very fun to play. Admins are always available, well ran events, wasn’t sure about some of the settings but going to love them. It’s set in pve - c but is pvp weekeds. Lots of good things n people on this server. If you are looking for one this is it. Look into it you might like it.
Never played conan befor on server 6 days now and its nice the welcome centers are very nice for a fast easy start everyone is so willing to run dungeons and teach new people the game

I recently reinstalled conan and meet a friend of a friend. The founder of violent valkyrie. Everything I have seen has been great the people and the server settings have made me love this game again. All the members have been nice and even the clan I have joined has been helping me when I get on. I can finally play conan and have fun doing it
