[PS4] Land claimed

We started playing on the new server. We created a clan, began to build a base. One of us has left the game. His character prevented to building. I wanted to kill him to make space. But could not do it. Probably because of the clan. I removed him from the clan. This did not help, I still could not kill him. His health again reached zero, but the body did not disappear, and his head watched our movements (creepy!). When I turned on the game the next day, our friend’s body finally disappeared. I continued to build. A few days later an unknown building appeared near our base. This could not be, because this is our land. I tried to build in my house, but could not. The land was claimed.
We blew up the unknown building and found our friend inside. He was no longer in the clan, but was able to build on our land. And we could no longer.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Create a clan
  2. Remove someone
  3. The someone building something nearby of your base
  4. You did no longer able building on yours land

We’ve relayed this information to the developers so that the issue can be looked into, could you please just confirm if he was able to build within the claim or just outside of its border?
