Ps4 pve server #3733 wall abuse

so i have never had problems with my server until this big clan came in and built at the mounds of the dead they have about 4 people that i can see and we have had problems with land claim i had built to close to them so they started claiming everything around me the put up signs saying if i did not destroy the the were gonna block my in my base with walls i responded with a building war and i wound up giving in because the desert around the oasis was not traversable at all the have removed their walls aswell but every tame outpost i have has been walled off completely and its just abuse at this point PLEASE HELP also just noticed i meant to say i built to close to them at oasis

Reporting an infraction

To ensure we can provide the best help we can, please make sure you provide the best information you can at the time of your report. This means relaying as much information, as closer to the truth as you can, to help our team evaluate the situation.

If when analysing the report we find evidence suggesting the information provided was false, tampered with or modified in such a way as to provide a wrongful interpretation, we might proceed to exert disciplinary action against your account.

If you want to report an infraction in any of our official servers, please contact us via our new Zendesk link
You can still report an infraction via Direct Message in our forums, but we encourage you to use Zendesk as we are transitioning to this new tool.

Once you’re filling in the report, please make sure to include the following details:

• Platform
• Name of the Server
• A description of the infraction being reported
• Irrefutable, veridic proof and evidence to back up your report. This includes, but is not limited to, screenshots, videos, timestamps, names of characters and guilds, profiles.

Make sure to reach us this way to report players, clans or exploits. We won’t be able to refund or return any loss of property caused by an infraction or abuse and as a result, any such requests will be dismissed.

If you are opting for the Direct Message in our forums method, please be aware that this will not make the report more visible to the team.
You can send us a DM by going to your profile, selecting Message, and in the recipient field type in @Community . Do not tag any other players or members of our community in your reports.

Once you’re filling in the report, please make sure to include the above mentioned details.
