Problem: Performance, Bug, Server Login, Bugged Since First Patch

My friend has rented a server since the game launched on PS4 and yet there is still issues with the favorite server showing up as 20/20 players with 9999 ping. The server IS empty, the ping IS ridiculous and the game IS stopping me from playing through 4 patches now. I can only get in 1 out of every 20-30 attempts or have to wait till someone else can get in and send out invites. I need an update on when THIS specific bug will be handled as it’s impeded gameplay since the very first update (where it wouldn’t show up at all) and needs to be fully addressed- otherwise your game isn’t in ‘working order’ and liable to a full refund.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
- Have Server on Favorite
- Log into Multiplayer
- Watch the Favorite list give you a custom server with bugged info
- Fume for a few seconds then request an invite from a friend whenever they get to log in.
